Mr. Stephen Phillips
Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Carroll High School and a former student of D.A. Smith. He has 15 years experience in education. Before he became principal in 2025, he served as the Assistant Principal of Holly Hill Elementary School in Enterprise. There he was awarded the honor of Alabama's Elementary Assistant Principal of the Year.
